The price for the legal services provided amounts to 5,000 CZK plus VAT per hour, unless otherwise agreed with the client (another agreement may involve a higher or lower hourly rate, as well as a percentage remuneration on the outcome of the dispute/case, or that the price will be calculated according to Reg. no. 177/1996 Coll., on lawyer tariffs, which depends on the type, complexity and other aspects of the case). Legal services are deemed all services provided to clients by lawyers and legal trainees of the law firm, including time spent waiting and transportation. Legal services are charged by each commenced quarter hour. Legal services are billed monthly or for longer periods with a maturity of 10 days from the invoice date. The client is obliged to provide an adequate advance payment upon the lawyer’s request. In other respects, the legal relationship is subject to Act no. 85/1996 Coll., on the legal profession and Act no. 89/2012 Coll., of the Civil Code.
All costs associated with the provision of legal services (e.g. court and administrative fees, valuations, etc.) are paid directly by the client and not included in the reward. If these costs are paid by the lawyer, the client is obliged to reimburse these immediately.
Other related costs incurred by the lawyer, e.g. travel expenses, must also be immediately reimbursed by the client.
